The New School at Happy Home

As reported previously, Happy Home has started its own Primary School in September 2019. At its inception the school started with just 5 of the children who were living at the orphanage. Today it has 81 children in three classes. This includes what they describe as a ‘Baby Class’ for three-year-olds. School starts at 8am and finishes at 3pm. All of the children are given a drink of chai (tea) at 10am and lunch 12noon until 1pm.
